 Ghost Off-Road promises to make the return process as seamless and easy as possible. Please fill out this form or contact with any questions or concerns. We Understand that every situation is different from deciding to upgrade to a larger size to just not liking a color in person may happen and this is where our team excels. We are power sports enthusiasts on our personal time so please feel free to reach out and we will be here with understanding to help resolve any return or exchange to the best of our ability.  Please note if an item has speciality stitching, coating, colors or custom made to for your order Ghost Off-Road can not return it to manufactures so it can not be returned.

  • Please make sure to input your phone number in the event we need to contact you with options
  • Please be sure to fill in your email address in the "Description/Notes" field & type "email me" if you prefer being contacted by email. We love emails as you can reply at your convenience.

  • 30 Day return policy 
  • Completed & submitted RMA (return merchandise authorization) form
  • NO returns on Helmets, Tools, Manuals, Books & Electrical parts
  • All returns must be in new condition free from signs of installation.
  • Return item must be in original, undamaged packaging with all paperwork, hardware, etc.
  • Refunds will be given within 10 business days from receipt & inspection of returned item
  • Please be sure to package items with bubble wrap or packing paper to keep the return item from being damaged in shipment.
  • Ghost Off-road is not responsible for return shipping damage so it’s a good idea to insure the package being returned.
  • Please do not “return to sender” any packages as they may have been shipped from remote warehouses not equipped for the return process.  
  • All items must be returned with protective film not removed if shipped with a film from manufactures such as windshields.

  • Please note when you return an item that qualified for free shipping, the cost of shipping is deducted from the refund. This is not our policy but the policy of our manufacturers.
  • Custom-made orders are not returnable. If an item is defective, the manufacturer's warranty procedure must be followed.

Please note: We cannot guarantee that a certain item/accessory will fit a certain make of machine because manufacturer’s and the manufacturer’s of accessories change specs continually. Also aftermarket equipment can alter fitment. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure that these parts will work with their particular vehicle, especially if fitted with aftermarket accessories.
